A year back when i first walked into AIM, you were among the first few I met and little did I know that you will be among the elite few with who I'd get really close to!.. ;) hahaa
I remember that basket ball was the first thing that got us connected. I was so happy that I found someone equally enthusiastic as me for the game. But i could never have guessed that you would be so good at the game. Thats when I started to admire you.
We got talking more often and I realized that you read a lot and know insane amount of stuff on movies and music. I used to come to you to give me the names of movies that are a must watch...lol...I am yet to watch all of them though!.. :)
Term one come to an end and when I was back in January, I heard that Miss Pbha had gone around Vietnam all by herself. The first girl I had come across who never hesitated for a moment and was ever excited to travel all by herself to another country with a different language...
A few months after this...there was another shocker headed my way!...You had read the entire Mahabharata. And to top this, you had made English summaries of each chapter to educate a few lazy souls like me!..
I was just in awe of you. This girl is good at everything one can think of!!!...And what makes you stand apart is your simplicity. You came across as the simple, confident, independent girl who is awesome in what ever she takes up - be it a game of basket ball, following music, reading books, traveling or even a game of scrabble....Your truely are a ROCKSTAR!! :)
The best part was that it wasn't just me who admired you to pieces, everybody around was so fond of you, everybody wanted to be a part of your friend's circle. You redefined the word 'Popularity' at AIM in your own special way!! :)
How can I forget the ice cream breaks!!..You were an integral part of my support system at AIM. During each of those numerous occasions, when I was about to give in to the mundane or the hopelessness around, you were there to lift my spirits and bring me out of it. Sometimes that 10 mins of walk and having an ice cream with you was all I needed to lift my moods...You were, you are and you will always be someone who is really special to me.
